HOLIDAY RETURNS

All items purchased (unless final sale) in November and December will have an additional grace period for returns/exchanges until January 15, 2026.  Final Sale items may be exchanged.  All items that are returned or exchanged must be in new, unused condition or they will not be accepted.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

We ship until Tuesday, 12/23 for delivery on Christmas Eve.  Orders placed on 12/23, must be shipped Overnight in order to arrive on 12/24. Orders placed after 3pm Pacific time will be shipped on the following business day.

Please refer to this shipping chart so that your gifts arrive by Christmas. We ship Monday - Friday. Orders must be placed by 2:30pm to guarantee same day shipping. Chart is for US orders only. We are not responsible for any delays once the package has been shipped.

REGULAR SHIPPING

$11.95 Flat Ground Shipping On Every Order*!

We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. Ground Shipping will take 5-7 business days to the east coast.

Most west coast orders arrive within 3 days if ground shipping is selected. 

We ship items the same business day (Monday through Friday) they are ordered if ordered before 1:00pm Pacific time.

Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will not arrive until the following Monday. 

UPS does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday.  Business days are Monday through Friday.  Saturday and Sunday should not be counted when calculating shipping transit times.

Orders placed between Friday evening through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.  We use UPS for all shipments (with the exception of some watch strap orders).

Orders $100 and over will receive FREE USPS Shipping (2-10 days)

International Shipping:  All local taxes and duty for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

There will be a shipping fee for certain watch strap orders.  See total in the cart. 

*Flat rate shipping is for domestic USA only.

 

RETURNS

Watches may be returned within 30 days of item receipt.  
 
Ship items back to the address below in new, unused condition. Be sure to include a copy of your order or a note with your Name, address and phone number.
Returns are at the expense of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns and/or exchanges.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Items marked "FINAL SALE" and/or "DISCONTINUED" cannot be returned and are considered a final sale.

Exchanges:
If you would like to order something else, please submit a new order on 40nine.com or call us at 800.360.2586 and we'll be happy to place a new order for your exchange items. You can also request an exchange with your return package - just include the item number, size, and color.

 

REPAIRS

 

40Nine watches are backed by a 2-year warranty on the movement of the watch.  The warranty does not cover normal day-to-day wear or the strap. The warranty covers all defects.  If you are experiencing an issue with your watch you can send it to the address below or call us at 800-360-2586 with any questions.  When shipping your watch, we recommend shipping it via trackable service.  Please include a note describing the issue, along with your return address and phone number.

Out of consideration to our staff, please thoroughly clean your watch before sending it to us.  


Battery Replacement:
Please refrain from changing the battery in your 40Nine watch yourself.  You may either bring it to a local reputable jeweler who can properly seal the case back to its original position after the battery is changed.  You may also send the watch to us for battery replacement. There is a $10 charge for each battery replacement and $12 charge for return shipping back to you. Please include your contact information so we may call you for a credit card or include a check made out to UWC:
